Gamekeepers Charcuterie & Smallgoods
In our state-of-art curing room, we craft exceptional charcuterie and smallgoods, including MB9 wagyu bresaola, flat pancetta, capocollo, guanciale, and more. All of our products are house made, following traditional recipes, and are known for their perfect balance of spice and flavour.
We exclusively source 100% Australian female pork, premium beef, grass-fed lamb, and red kangaroo for our smallgoods range.
The Gamekeepers Smallgoods team is led by Chris Roach, a third-generation butcher with over 25 years of experience. Chris and his highly skilled team are dedicated to using traditional, artisan techniques and using the highest quality ingredients.

Discovering an exceptional artisan Italian smallgoods producer in Australia has been quite a challenge, which is why we take great pride in our partnership with Marino Fine Foods - a family-run, artisan smallgoods producer based in Adelaide.
Artisanal products are handmade, using old school techniques and in small batches due to the intricate nature of the products. All salumi are made from 100% free-range Australian pork.
