- Delivery windows open up 21 days in advance and close at 2am the day prior to delivery. We do have a maximum capacity for deliveries so we recommend placing your order as soon as you can to avoid disappointment.
- Each order is hand-cut fresh and packed the morning prior to your delivery/pickup - next day options are not available to allow for administration, production & packing time.

Any order to City, Inner Suburbs, Mornington Peninsula, South Eastern Suburbs and Yarra Valley (in our Metro Melbourne delivery locations) under $150 will attract a $30.50 delivery fee. *For more details on delivery areas see below 'Free Delivery & Locations' and postcode checker.
Ordering Process
- Each order is hand-cut fresh and packed the morning prior to your delivery/pickup - if anything needs to be added on to your order, please let us know by 2am the day before delivery/pickup.
- Any changes to your order must be made and accepted by 2am the day prior to your delivery/pickup.
- Please provide detailed delivery instructions in the field at checkout (ie on the front porch or foyer apartment access code). If your nominated delivery address is an apartment, unit or another secured building you must provide the code, instructions or such other means to ensure delivery can be left safely.
- We recommend selecting a delivery day when you will be home to ensure that cold items are refrigerated as soon as possible.
- If you will not be home but want your order left on site, you must add a note to order giving us authority to leave and directions where.
- Home deliveries are made on Tuesday – Fridays between 9am & 6pm.
- Pickups are Tuesday - Friday between 10am and 3pm at our Moorabbin factory.
- Gamekeepers is unable to accept requests for specific delivery times.
- You will be sent an 'order confirmation' via email when your order has been received.
- You will receive an email on the day of delivery or pickup.
- You can request to receive a phone call on the day of delivery to confirm approximate delivery time.
- Your order will be delivered in a plastic lined insulated Chilltaner box. These boxes are recyclable and sustainable. The safety of the product becomes your responsibility on delivery.
- If you are not home at time of delivery, and you have not specified that we have authority to leave your order outside, we will need to organise a new delivery day. This will incur a $30.50 fee for redelivery.
Health & Safety
Our vans are refrigerated so your order will arrive at below 5 degrees. Once we deliver it’s over to you – the safety of the food becomes your responsibility.
Product Availability
If a product you are interested in is not available online please give us a call on 03 9555 7000 and we’ll do our best to arrange it for you.
There is a limit to the number of orders we can fulfil on any one day however we will do our best to satisfy all orders placed. Stock availability may vary and products can sell out before orders are packed for delivery, if an item is sold out we will endeavour to replace with a similar product or make alternative arrangements, otherwise a refund for unavailable product will be processed. Free Delivery & Locations
Our delivery locations, areas, free delivery options, third-party courier options are defined by Gamekeepers, at our discretion and can be changed as required. To review our current delivery locations, and if it qualifies for a free delivery threshold, please use our postcode finder below.
Free delivery for orders over $150 applies to our Metro Melbourne, Inner Yarra Valley and Mornington Peninsula locations only. Orders under $150 will incur a $30.50 delivery fee.
Central Geelong and Bellarine Peninsula: free delivery will apply on orders over $300, a delivery fee of $30.50 will apply for orders under $300.
Outer Melbourne & Victorian Country: delivery fee of $30.50 will apply. These orders will be delivered by our third-party courier partner. Please use the postcode checker to confirm if we deliver to your area.
Our delivery locations and free fee thresholds can be changed at any time by Gamekeepers, our website postcode checker is updated regularly as required to meet any fleet / route changes that may occur. The postcode checker results and cart postcode scheduler are notification to customers of any update.

Click & Collect / Pick up
Pick up is available during opening hours at 7 Edgecombe Court, Moorabbin Tuesday to Friday from 10am – 3pm. Pick up is not available on public holidays.
Order before 2am the day prior, for following day pick up. We do not process next day pickups, when placing an order the date options available will show on the calendar in the checkout process. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you arrive.

How To Check Order Status
Contact our customer service team on (03) 9555 7000 for an update on arrival time, many factors can change our run schedule throughout a day.
You can contact us to schedule a call when your order is close to delivery with an approximate time of arrival. Or to give us authority to leave order if you are not home.
Authority To Leave
If you will not be home during the day of delivery, you must give written notification, in your order as a note, or by calling us, to consent, to our authority to leave your order in a safe, easily accessible location.
Cancellation Policy
We completely understand plans can change and you may need to cancel your order with us. If you need to cancel your order, please notify us within 2 business days of your delivery or pick up date to receive a refund. An administration fee of 5% will be deducted from your refund total before being processed. If your order is due for delivery or pick up with less than 2 business days, we will not process a refund.
Please note, business days are Monday – Friday from 10am to 3pm. For all cancellation enquiries, please send an email with your full name, email address and order number to servicedesk@gamekeepersmeat.com.au
Redeliveries
If you are not home at time of delivery, and you have not specified that we can leave your order outside, we will need to organise a new delivery day. This will incur a $30.50 fee for redelivery for Metro Melbourne area and $30.50 for Outer Melbourne & Victorian Country redeliveries.
Returns
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or a change of mind on product. If there is a problem with a product, please refer to our Refund Policy. At Gamekeepers of Australia we strive to provide you with the best quality product. Please inspect your order upon delivery / pick up and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and sort it for you. If there is a problem with the product, notify us within 24 hours of purchase. Please note, all of our products are labelled with a use by date for recommended appropriate consumption times.
Public Holidays
We are closed public holidays and offer no delivery service. Due to expected high demand of orders around holidays, and as we have a maximum capacity for deliveries, we recommend ordering in advance to secure your delivery slot.
Gamekeepers reserves the right to change delivery days or extend blackout dates for- no ordering, deliveries and pick-ups, when in extremely busy seasons like Christmas. Our Christmas range and delivery day options normally opens at least a month in advance, be sure to place your order early.
