RETURNS

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or a change of mind on product. If there is a problem with a product, please refer to our Refund Policy.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

We completely understand plans can change and you may need to cancel your order with us. If you need to cancel your order, please notify us within 2 business days of your delivery or pick up date to receive a refund. An administration fee of 5% will be deducted from your refund total before being processed. If your order is due for delivery or pick up with less than 2 business days, we will not process a refund. Please note, business days are Monday – Friday from 10am – 3pm. For all cancellation enquiries, please send an email with your full name, email address and order number to servicedesk@gamekeepersmeat.com.au

 

REFUND POLICY

At Gamekeepers of Australia we strive to provide you with the best quality product. Please inspect your order upon delivery / pick up and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and sort it for you.  If there is a problem with the product, notify us within 24 hours of purchase. Please note, all of our products are labelled with a use by date for recommended appropriate consumption times. We do not honour returns or refunds:

  • if the claim is not made within 24 hours of the product being delivered / picked up
  • if the product has been frozen
  • if the product has been stored incorrectly
  • consumed outside of the recommended consumption time.

We do not provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind in relation to our products.

If your refund is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

 

REFUND OF ITEMS OUT OF STOCK

Due to the high demand of our products, sometimes we may sell out of the item you requested in your order. If this happens, you will be notified by email or phone call. We will refund this item from your order.

 

REDELIVREIES  

If you are not home at time of delivery, and you have not specified that we can leave your delivery outside, we will need to organise a new delivery day. This will incur a $30.50 fee for redelivery.
