Pork Loin Porchetta - Rolled and Stuffed 3kg
Made in-house by our team of highly skilled butchers, we add a mix of herbs - fennel seeds, flat parsley, lemon and orange zest, salt and pepper to the butterflied meat, then roll it up and score the skin, ready for roasting in your oven at home.
Inspiration: Bring the pork to room temperature 1 hr before you want to cook. Heat oven to 220'C. Transfer pork to a rimmed baking sheet and roast for 35 mins. Reduce temperature to 160'C and cook for another 1hr and 20 mins, which will give you super soft sliceable, tender meat.
