Meet our NEW exquisite organic lamb cutlets. Affectionately known as 'The King's Cutlets' or for our younger connoisseurs, 'Lamb Lollypops'. These succulent delights are not just tender; they're bursting with incredible flavour thanks to the cap on!

Inspiration: For exquisitely pink meat with a deeply caramelised crust, heat a griddle pan over high heat until very hot. Brush the cutlets with vegetable oil, season with salt, and sear for 2-3 mins on each side (it will depend on the thickness of the cutlet). Remove from the pan and rest for 5 mins before serving.

Provenance: Sourced with care, we have partnered with Warilba Organic Lamb. Free to range and graze on organic Australian pastures and raised without the use of synthetic chemicals, GMOs, added hormones or antibiotics – ever!

Each order is processed & hand cut fresh the morning prior to your delivery or pickup - next day options are not available to allow for administration, production & packing time.

Home Delivery

We delivery to Metro Melbourne Tues to Fri, with some locations in Geelong , Outer Melbourne and Victorian Country also available with delivery days varying.

Your order will be delivered by a refrigerated vehicle in a recyclable plastic lined insulated Chilltaner box. The safety of the product becomes your responsibility on delivery.

Authority to leave

If you will not be home but want your order left on site, you must add a note to order giving us authority to leave, or select the tick box on cart page.
