A lovely Provence-style terrine, made with a blend of chicken mince, and pieces of smoked chickens, porcini mushroom, white wine, cream, nutmeg and unique herbs and spices recipe. Then wrapped in caul fat to lock in all the goodness, cooked slowly in a terrine tin.
Inspiration: Serve it with warm crusty bread, cornichons, french butter and black volcano salt. Just heaven.
Provenance: Made with free-range chicken, and made in-house by our chefs with our own family recipe, and french heritage.
