Pork Cutlet

When cooked, the cutlet produces a sweet richness from the bone to fat ratio.



  1. Start by bringing pork to room temperature.
  2. Get an oiled frying pan nice and hot.
  3. Season first and cook for 3 minutes on each side, until caramelised.
  4. Then turn down the heat to low and cook for a further 8 minutes on a low temperature, depending on preferred doneness.
  5. Serve with your favourite seasonal sides.
