- Butter
- Garlic

COOKING YOUR GAMEKEEPERS BEEF

Always bring the meat to room temperature before you cook it (1hr).
- In a smoking hot pan, cook the steak for 2-3 mins on each side. We recommend rib-eye cooked to medium-rare, to give the fat enough time to render down and flavour the meat.
- You can add butter, garlic and thyme as you cook, spooning over the meat to enhance the flavour experience.
