A great choice to impress the foodies, well-marbled in presentation and a delight on the palate.



  1. Always bring the meat to room temperature before you cook it (1hr). 

  2. In a smoking hot pan, cook the steak for 2-3 mins on each side. We recommend rib-eye cooked to medium-rare, to give the fat enough time to render down and flavour the meat. 
  3. You can add butter, garlic and thyme as you cook, spooning over the meat to enhance the flavour experience.
