Veal T-Bone (2 x 300g)
We have a very limited release of the tender and flavourful Veal T-Bone at this exceptional price.
Inspiration: Bring to room temperature for even cooking. Season generously with salt and pepper to enhance its natural flavours. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat with a little oil. Cook for about 4-5 minutes per side, depending on the thickness and desired doneness (we recommend medium-rare). Once cooked, let the steak rest for a few minutes before serving to allow the juices to redistribute, ensuring maximum tenderness.
Provenance: This exceptional, hand-selected veal comes from the rich and fertile valleys of Gippsland. The veal is humanely raised on their mother's milk and in open pastures with access to the very best feed.
