Pork USA Ribs 2kg (frozen)
Also known as American Ribs, these ribs are carved from the belly side of the rib cage and can vary in size.
This is a trimmed cut rib so the meat plumps up beautifully during cooking. If you prefer a more meatier cut, be sure to check out our pork spare ribs.
Inspiration: Juicy melt-in-your-mouth pork ribs, cooked low and slow are fall-off-the-bone delicious! Apply a wet mixture of 1 cup Mirin (Japanese rice wine) with 3 tbsp of our Deep South Meat Rub to marinate the pork. Cover in cling film and marinade overnight. Bring to room temperature, and set your oven at 150'C. Place in a roasting tray with all the juices from the marinade with 1/2 cup water in the base of the tin, cover completely with tin foil and cook for about 2.5 hrs. Rest for 10 mins before serving, and you'll have finger-licking-good ribs right there!
