Due to the dry ageing process, the product may not last well when frozen, so we advise it is not suitable to be frozen.

Also known as a Prime Rib, it is the most desirable of roast cuts with it's generous marbling and superior flavour. Our unique 42-day dry aged process is sure to impress your guests and stand out as a memorable experience at your table.

Inspiration: Ideal with roasted root vegetables lovingly married to rosemary and garlic in a baking pan. Then, just heat up our Red Wine Sauce and you're ready to serve. 

Provenance: Only the very best of our Victorian grass fed beef make it to our Dry-Aging room.

Each order is processed & hand cut fresh the morning prior to your delivery or pickup - next day options are not available to allow for administration, production & packing time.

Home Delivery

We delivery to Metro Melbourne Tues to Fri, with some locations in Geelong , Outer Melbourne and Victorian Country also available with delivery days varying.

Your order will be delivered by a refrigerated vehicle in a recyclable plastic lined insulated Chilltaner box. The safety of the product becomes your responsibility on delivery.
