In our state-of-art curing room, we create exceptional charcuterie and smallgoods, including MB9 Wagyu bresaola, flat pancetta, capocollo, guanciale, and more. Every product is house-made, following time-honoured recipes to achieve the perfect balance of spice and flavour that Gamekeeper’ products are renowned for.
We exclusively source 100% Australian female pork, premium beef, grass-fed lamb, and red kangaroo for our smallgoods range.

Finding an exceptional artisan Italian smallgoods producer in Australia has been quite a challenge, which is why we take immense pride in our partnership with Marino Fine Foods—a family-run, artisan smallgoods producer based in Adelaide.
We share the same philosophy as Marino Fine Foods - all artisanal products are handcrafted using traditional techniques and produced in small batches to ensure the highest quality. Every salumi is made from 100% free-range Australian pork.

Gamekeepers Meat is a family owned, independent butchery in Melbourne. We source our meat from bottom-up and pride ourselves in being a full service butchery with delivery service, allowing you to get what you want when you want it.
