Chintin Farm

Keeping it local with grass-fed purebred Angus beef from Jerome's father's farm, Monegeetta, in Chintin (57km from Melbourne). These impressive cattle are 2 - 3 years old and have grassed on these lush green pastures for their entire lives.
The taste of this grass-fed beef is a rich, more complex, earthy flavour and has a slightly yellowish fat colour due to an absorbed pigment from the grass called carotene.
