Kaiserfleisch comes from the Austrian and German language, and is smoked pork belly. It has a dry consistency and can be eaten as it is, without additional cooking.

Inspiration: When cooking with Kaiserfleisch treat it like pancetta, speck or bacon, it can be sliced thinly, as a filling for sandwiches, added to platters, cut into moreish chucks in pasta meals, salads or casseroles.

Provenance: Sourced from Victoria's premier pork farmers network, supporting "Sow Stall Free" breeding practices and the highest certified standards in ethical and sustainable farming. 

We are really proud of our smoking process, all done in-house, we don't use any mixing, tumbling or additives.

Each order is processed & hand cut fresh the morning prior to your delivery or pickup - next day options are not available to allow for administration, production & packing time.

Home Delivery

We delivery to Metro Melbourne Tues to Fri, with some locations in Geelong , Outer Melbourne and Victorian Country also available with delivery days varying.

Your order will be delivered by a refrigerated vehicle in a recyclable plastic lined insulated Chilltaner box. The safety of the product becomes your responsibility on delivery.

Authority to leave

If you will not be home but want your order left on site, you must add a note to order giving us authority to leave, or select the tick box on cart page.
