Venison Denver Leg comes from the hind leg. Our expert in-house butchers have removed all the fat and silverskin.
Inspiration: It's absolutely perfect for roasting rare to bring out all those delicious gamey flavours. Bring out of the fridge at least 1hr before cooking. Sear on each side in a hot pan and then roast in the oven for about 15min at 200'C. Slice thinly and served with our delicious red wine sauce.
Provenance: Our venison is sourced from one of Australia's expert producers, the McKinnon family. This specialty game product is farmed in the most native environment in Victoria whilst maintaining sustainable farming practices where possible.
