Venison Denver Leg comes from the hind leg. Our expert in-house butchers have removed all the fat and silverskin.
Inspiration: It's absolutely perfect for roasting rare to bring out all those delicious gamey flavours. Bring out of the fridge at least 1hr before cooking. Sear on each side in a hot pan and then roast in the oven for about 15min at 200'C. Slice thinly and served with our delicious red wine sauce.
