Veal Sweetbread (frozen) 1kg

For the record, sweetbreads are not sweet breads (you would be in the wrong shop!) but from the thymus or pancreas gland of a young calf. Veal sweetbread is a delicacy in European cuisine. It has a meaty and milky texture combined together.
