The pork and herb mince is a coarse texture, with a subtle blend of herbs, generous seasoning and a hint of allspice.
Inspiration: The Sausage Roll - Aussie classic that will never get boring. Wrap up the mince in puff pastry rolled into 3 cm logs, and egg-wash the top. Cut into 2inch pieces, bake on parchment paper for 40 mins at 170'C or until lovely and golden.
Provenance: The mince is prepared in house and blended with our recipe. The pork is sourced from Victoria's most trusted Pork farmers in Gippsland, with the highest quality animal welfare standards and "Sow Stall Free" farming conditions.
