The scotch fillet is one of the most loved cuts for good reason. Generous marbling, a rich fat cap, and the spinalis running along the edge, which many consider the most flavoursome part of the whole animal. At Marble Score 6, this is Wagyu at a level where the difference is immediate: richer, more buttery, and deeply rewarding from the first slice.

Inspiration: Slice into thick steaks and sear hard on a hot BBQ or cast iron, letting the fat render and the edges caramelise. Or roast the whole piece low and slow, then finish with high heat for a golden crust. Rest generously before carving.

Provenance: Sourced from Oakey Wagyu. A renowned Queensland program known for consistent quality, ethical farming, and grain-fed Wagyu raised on the Darling Downs.

Each order is processed & hand cut fresh the morning prior to your delivery or pickup - next day options are not available to allow for administration, production & packing time.

Home Delivery

We delivery to Metro Melbourne Tues to Fri, with some locations in Geelong , Outer Melbourne and Victorian Country also available with delivery days varying.

Your order will be delivered by a refrigerated vehicle in a recyclable plastic lined insulated Chilltaner box. The safety of the product becomes your responsibility on delivery.

Authority to leave

If you will not be home but want your order left on site, you must add a note to order giving us authority to leave, or select the tick box on cart page.
