Also known as sirloin, the porterhouse is a long, lean muscle with a generous fat cap that renders down beautifully as it cooks, delivering rich flavour and a satisfying, tender bite. At Marble Score 4, this is premium Angus. More intramuscular fat than you'd expect, with a depth of flavour that sets it apart.

Inspiration: Slice into thick steaks and sear hard on a hot BBQ or cast iron. Or roast the whole piece low and slow until the fat renders through, then blast with high heat for a golden crust. Rest generously before carving.

Provenance: Sourced from Oakey Angus. A renowned Queensland Angus program known for consistent quality, ethical farming, and grain-fed beef raised on the Darling Downs.

Each order is processed & hand cut fresh the morning prior to your delivery or pickup - next day options are not available to allow for administration, production & packing time.

Home Delivery

We delivery to Metro Melbourne Tues to Fri, with some locations in Geelong , Outer Melbourne and Victorian Country also available with delivery days varying.

Your order will be delivered by a refrigerated vehicle in a recyclable plastic lined insulated Chilltaner box. The safety of the product becomes your responsibility on delivery.

Authority to leave

If you will not be home but want your order left on site, you must add a note to order giving us authority to leave, or select the tick box on cart page.
