Marque Pork Triple Smoked Leg Ham Bone In Half - min 3.5kg

$138 / min 3.5kg

Pre-orders open Monday 16 November.

All the flavour of our bone-in whole Christmas ham, just sized for a smaller gathering. Easy to carve and simple to handle, with the theatre of a ham on the bone.

Three stages of smoking over Victorian Mountain Ash wood chips, cooked low and slow. Sweet, salty and deeply smoky, with a depth of flavour you won't find anywhere else. Order online for delivery across Melbourne and Victoria.

Please note: you'll receive either the shank end or the butt end. We're unable to take requests.

Inspiration: Watch step-by-step as we score, glaze, and baste our whole triple smoked Christmas ham. The method is the same for a half. It just needs less time in the oven. Our signature glaze delivers a glossy, flavour-packed finish every time.

Provenance:  Sourced from Marque Pork and made in-house at Gamekeepers. One leg makes one ham, with no mixing or tumbling. Each whole female leg is cured in our own pickle, a recipe handed down through generations, then smoked and rested in three stages over Victorian Mountain Ash.

Each order is processed & hand cut fresh the morning prior to your delivery or pickup - next day options are not available to allow for administration, production & packing time.
