NOTE - this is a whole piece. The sinew in the "butt" (the thickest end) of the eye fillet will need to be removed before cutting and cooking.

A marble score of 4+ in grass-fed beef was once considered unattainable but this whole tenderloin proves otherwise. With it's exceptional marbling and rich, full-bodied flavour, this is a standout whole piece.

Provenance: Little Joe represents the pinnacle of premium grass-fed beef. Only the finest British and European breed cattle are selected, raised entirely on pasture in the pristine conditions of southern Australia. These cattle are grass-fed for life and never exposed to hormones, GMOs, or grain-feeding.

Each order is processed & hand cut fresh the morning prior to your delivery or pickup - next day options are not available to allow for administration, production & packing time.

Home Delivery

We delivery to Metro Melbourne Tues to Fri, with some locations in Geelong , Outer Melbourne and Victorian Country also available with delivery days varying.

Your order will be delivered by a refrigerated vehicle in a recyclable plastic lined insulated Chilltaner box. The safety of the product becomes your responsibility on delivery.

Authority to leave

If you will not be home but want your order left on site, you must add a note to order giving us authority to leave, or select the tick box on cart page.
