Boned, rolled and stuffed by our butchers, this free-range Numurkah turkey breast is Christmas or Thanksgiving made easy. Filled with chicken mince, apple, thyme and garlic, it carves beautifully, with stuffing in every slice. Gluten-free and pork-free. Order online for delivery across Melbourne and Victoria.

Inspiration: Thaw in the fridge overnight, then take it out 30-60 minutes before cooking. Preheat oven to 180°C. Sear the roll in a large pan for about 5 minutes to brown the skin, then roast for 20 minutes. Reduce to 150°C for a further 90 minutes, or until the centre reaches 75°C. Rest for 10-15 minutes in a warm place before slicing. 

Provenance: Grown by the Simmons family on their free-range farm in Numurkah, just north of Shepparton in northern Victoria. Room to roam, quality feed and nothing artificial. Rolled and stuffed in-house at Gamekeepers.

Home Delivery

We delivery to Metro Melbourne Tues to Fri, with some locations in Geelong , Outer Melbourne and Victorian Country also available with delivery days varying.

Your order will be delivered by a refrigerated vehicle in a recyclable plastic lined insulated Chilltaner box. The safety of the product becomes your responsibility on delivery.
