Free Range Chicken Breast is lean, a super source of protein, and incredibly easy and versatile to cook with. This fillet has the skin left on for those who love a crispy finish.

Inspiration: The best way to cook the chicken breast, brine in a bag of salted water the night before, remove from the liquid, pat dry, then rub a spice mix into the flesh, like our Middle Eastern meat rub. Allow that to marinate for a couple of hours and then bake in the oven for a perfectly crispy skin finish. Serve with a cucumber and mint greek yoghurt and your favourite style of potatoes!

Provenance: Our chicken is sourced exclusively from Hazeldenes, leaders in free-range and ethical farming standards. Our in-house butcher's break down the whole bird, to then create the best breasts, with the skin on, ready for your order.

Each order is processed & hand cut fresh the morning prior to your delivery or pickup - next day options are not available to allow for administration, production & packing time.

Home Delivery

We delivery to Metro Melbourne Tues to Fri, with some locations in Geelong , Outer Melbourne and Victorian Country also available with delivery days varying.

Your order will be delivered by a refrigerated vehicle in a recyclable plastic lined insulated Chilltaner box. The safety of the product becomes your responsibility on delivery.

Authority to leave

If you will not be home but want your order left on site, you must add a note to order giving us authority to leave, or select the tick box on cart page.
