
Crumbed Veal Cutlets (2 pieces) 400g
Seasoned and crumbed cutlet on the bone. Our veal is lighter in colour, more tender in texture, and delicate in flavour. It also naturally lower in fat and high in essential iron and vitamin nutrients.
Inspiration: Pan fry in a large pan over medium heat with olive oil. Do not crowd pan while cooking cutlets, turning once only, until golden on both sides. Be sure to clean out the pan after each cutlet is cooked, so as not to burn the leftover crumbs.
Sprinkle cutlets with the parmesan while hot, and serve immediately with lemon wedges aioli, with a side of mashed potato and peas.
