Deep in colour, delicious melt in your mouth quality and impact of flavour. Hand-crafted and dry-cured in-house, our chefs use only simple ingredients - nothing but wagyu beef, salt and spices.

Inspiration: For your next "pica-pica" antipasto platter, abundant with Italian cheeses, olives, and nuts, serve the Bresaola. It also pairs so wonderfully with a fresh rocket salad, with sliced pears and salty cheese like aged Parmesan.

Provenance: Made with high-quality Australian wagyu beef, the process has come from a long line of family butchers that have perfected this recipe over the years. All made in-house, from us to you, please enjoy.
Each order is processed & hand cut fresh the morning prior to your delivery or pickup - next day options are not available to allow for administration, production & packing time.

Home Delivery

We delivery to Metro Melbourne Tues to Fri, with some locations in Geelong , Outer Melbourne and Victorian Country also available with delivery days varying.

Your order will be delivered by a refrigerated vehicle in a recyclable plastic lined insulated Chilltaner box. The safety of the product becomes your responsibility on delivery.

Authority to leave

If you will not be home but want your order left on site, you must add a note to order giving us authority to leave, or select the tick box on cart page.
