Ever had that feeling when a gorgeous slab of rib-eye comes to the table and you're looking down at your dish with utter food envy - then look no further. This Victorian rib-eye is the perfect size at 400g.
Inspiration: Always bring the meat to room temperature before you cook it (1hr). In a smoking hot pan, cook the steak for 2-3 mins on each side. We recommend rib-eye cooked to medium-rare, to give the fat enough time to render down and flavour the meat. You can add butter, garlic and thyme as you cook, spooning over the meat to enhance the flavour experience.
