Beef Flat Iron Steak - Grain Fed (4x 250g)

The flat-iron steak comes from the oyster blade muscle (shoulder) which has been cut into thin steaks, which never fails to deliver a punch of meaty flavour.
Inspiration: Super for grilling and thinly slicing perhaps for an Italian Beef tagliata with rocket and parmigiano reggiano. Or alternatively a punchy asian sauce: with mirin, teriyaki sauce, chili, garlic and sesame.
Provenance: Sourced from a number of our prized Victorian beef farmers, and known as the Butler's Steak in the UK.
