Back by popular demand! Our 42-day dry aged Retired Dairy Cow is usually reserved for our top restaurants, so we are beyond excited to share this incredible beef experience with you.  Blink and you'll miss it as there are an extremely limited number of each cut available. 

We recommend consuming this product within 3 days.

Due to the dry ageing process, the product may not last well when frozen, so we advise it is not suitable to be frozen.

Inspiration: The ultimate sharing steak, this 1kg piece Rump steak is ideal to marinate for a couple of hours with fresh thyme, oregano, garlic and olive oil. Best grilled on a BBQ or over coal fire and served simply to highlight its flavour from the 42-day dry ageing process.

Provenance: This retired dairy cow spent its life on the lush pastures of Gippsland, Victoria and then we have dry-aged it for 42 days in our state of the art dry ageing room. This is one special sharing steak. 

Each order is processed & hand cut fresh the morning prior to your delivery or pickup - next day options are not available to allow for administration, production & packing time.

Home Delivery

We delivery to Metro Melbourne Tues to Fri, with some locations in Geelong , Outer Melbourne and Victorian Country also available with delivery days varying.

Your order will be delivered by a refrigerated vehicle in a recyclable plastic lined insulated Chilltaner box. The safety of the product becomes your responsibility on delivery.

Authority to leave

If you will not be home but want your order left on site, you must add a note to order giving us authority to leave, or select the tick box on cart page.
