Gift Card Policy

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Gamekeepers Gift Cards are valid for 4 years from issue date. They are only redeemable at our online store –  gamekeepersmeat.com.au, which has delivery options in Victoria only and pick up is available at our Moorabbin location. Unused values will not be refunded or attributed to any transactions after the expiry date.

  • Gamekeepers of Australia provides Gift Cards to purchase in a digital format where the gift card unique number is then emailed to customer when completing order on our website. This unique serial number should not be shared with anyone other than the person intended to redeem the Gift Card.
  • Gift Cards can be redeemed against all products only at Gamekeepersmeat.com.au. This is done by entering the unique serial code on the checkout payment page, when completing your purchase.
  • Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for cash, returned for a refund, have their balances consolidated to a new card or be replaced after expiry and are not legal tender, account cards, credit or debit cards or securities.
  • If your purchase exceeds the value of the gift card, balance must be paid by debit or credit card.
  • If you return any products you have purchased using a gift card, the balance will be returned to you as a new gift card and is to be redeemed against subsequent purchases.
  • Gift cards cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. If you suspect an unauthorised activity, immediately report this to Gamekeepers 03 9555 7000 or email servicedesk@gamekeepersmeat.com.au providing all details including proof of purchase, gift card number and a photo ID for verification purposes.
  • Gamekeepers reserves the right to cancel a gift card if we deem such action necessary. If so, we may either provide a replacement gift card of equivalent value unless we suspect fraud in relation to a gift card. The gift card remains our property.
  • Gamekeepers of Australia can vary or replace these conditions from time to time (including to introduce new fees).
