This Wagyu Scotch Fillet Marble Score 4 is tender, juicy and beautifully marbled with fine, intricate fat. Sitting at the lighter end of the marbling spectrum, it's the perfect entry point for experiencing high quality Australian Wagyu, with a price point to match. 

Inspiration: For the best results, always bring the meat to room temperature before cooking (1 hr). Sear on high heat for 2 minutes on each side and rest for 5 minutes. Enjoy this beautiful steak with some chips and salad.

Provenance: Sourced from award-winning Australian-bred wagyu cattle in the picturesque Darling Downs region of Southern Queensland. Raised on premium grain for over 350 days.

Each order is processed & hand cut fresh the morning prior to your delivery or pickup - next day options are not available to allow for administration, production & packing time.

Home Delivery

We delivery to Metro Melbourne Tues to Fri, with some locations in Geelong , Outer Melbourne and Victorian Country also available with delivery days varying.

Your order will be delivered by a refrigerated vehicle in a recyclable plastic lined insulated Chilltaner box. The safety of the product becomes your responsibility on delivery.

Authority to leave

If you will not be home but want your order left on site, you must add a note to order giving us authority to leave, or select the tick box on cart page.
