Numurkah Free Range Turkey Roll - Stuffed min 2.2kg
Our team of butchers take the hard work out of preparing turkey by crafting this magnificent roll of loin filled with chicken mince, apple, thyme and garlic. It's gluten free and pork free.
Inspiration: Bring to room temperature (about 1hr prior to cooking). Pre-heat the oven to 180'C, and in a large pan, sear the outside of the turkey, to brown the skin (5 minutes), and then put it in the oven for 20 minutes, then lower down to 150'C for a further 90 minutes. Allow resting for 10-15 minutes in a warm place, before serving.
