A boneless leg offers the same beautiful flavour as the classic roast, with the added ease of carving. Lean, yet tender, young goat meat has a naturally sweet, slightly gamey character that shines in slow-cooked dishes.

Inspiration: Marinate with garlic, oregano, lemon zest and olive oil, then slow roast until tender and finish with a squeeze of fresh lemon. Slice and serve with warm flatbreads, yoghurt and a simple tomato and herb salad.

Provenance: These exceptional Dairy Capretto goats are sustainably and ethically raised in Victoria. They begin exclusively on milk before transitioning to a diet of grass and fodder. At 4 - 6 months old, they offer outstanding quality and flavour.

Each order is processed & hand cut fresh the morning prior to your delivery or pickup - next day options are not available to allow for administration, production & packing time.

Home Delivery

We delivery to Metro Melbourne Tues to Fri, with some locations in Geelong , Outer Melbourne and Victorian Country also available with delivery days varying.

Your order will be delivered by a refrigerated vehicle in a recyclable plastic lined insulated Chilltaner box. The safety of the product becomes your responsibility on delivery.

Authority to leave

If you will not be home but want your order left on site, you must add a note to order giving us authority to leave, or select the tick box on cart page.
