A rich, classic restaurant quality Red Wine Jus to elevate your steaks. This 100% natural sauce is made from reduced premium free-range Beef Stock, red wine, port and thyme. 

Gluten Free | Preservative Free

Simply open pouch and heat directly in a pan or microwave until warm. Refrigerate any unheated portions in a sealed container and use with 5 days or freeze immediately.

Ingredients: Reduced StocksMatter Premium Beef Stock (69%) (flavoured with free range roasted beef bones (85%), tomatoes, tomato paste, roasted onions and carrots, celery, bay leaves, peppercorns, red wine reduction (6%) (red wine & port), gluten-free corn starch, glucose syrup, salt, rosemary extract (natural antioxidant), thyme.

Each order is processed & hand cut fresh the morning prior to your delivery or pickup - next day options are not available to allow for administration, production & packing time.

Home Delivery

We delivery to Metro Melbourne Tues to Fri, with some locations in Geelong , Outer Melbourne and Victorian Country also available with delivery days varying.

Your order will be delivered by a refrigerated vehicle in a recyclable plastic lined insulated Chilltaner box. The safety of the product becomes your responsibility on delivery.

Authority to leave

If you will not be home but want your order left on site, you must add a note to order giving us authority to leave, or select the tick box on cart page.
