Juicy, medium-coarse textured, bursting with a satisfyingly porky umami flavour and just a hint of herbs. The flavour tells you its premium grade ingredients and homemade. Every sausage is made to order and packed inside our all-natural casing.


Inspiration: A perfect addition to any brunch plate, simply pan-fried for 5-7 minutes on medium heat, and prick the skin slightly. Or you could push the meat out of the casing and add this to your next Italian night, say in an Orecchiette Sausage Pasta in creamy tomato sauce.

Provenance: We believe that making our own sausages is part of the charm of our personalised services. Our butchers make them every day, fresh, and only for your individual order.

Each order is processed & hand cut fresh the morning prior to your delivery or pickup - next day options are not available to allow for administration, production & packing time.

Home Delivery

We delivery to Metro Melbourne Tues to Fri, with some locations in Geelong , Outer Melbourne and Victorian Country also available with delivery days varying.

Your order will be delivered by a refrigerated vehicle in a recyclable plastic lined insulated Chilltaner box. The safety of the product becomes your responsibility on delivery.

Authority to leave

If you will not be home but want your order left on site, you must add a note to order giving us authority to leave, or select the tick box on cart page.
