Usually reserved for our top restaurants, we are beyond excited to share this incredible beef experience with you.  Blink and you'll miss it as there are an extremely limited number of each cut available. 

The 1kg rib eyes will be rich, buttery and with the combo of the 42-day dry aged process, these steaks will reach super stardom.  

Due to the utmost care required in handling these gems, deliveries must be made on Wednesday 30th August until Friday 1st September 2023.

We recommend consuming this product within 3 days.

Due to the dry ageing process, the product may not last well when frozen, so we advise it is not suitable to be frozen.

Inspiration: Most chefs agree it is best well seared on each side, then finished off in the oven to cook evenly through the thick cut of meat, and served medium-rare. With a simple salad, bowl of pomme frites and our béarnaise sauce. Absolute heaven!

Provenance: This retired dairy cow spent its life on the lush pastures of Gippsland, Victoria and then we have dry-aged it for 42 days in our state of the art dry ageing room. This is one special steak. 

Each order is processed & hand cut fresh the morning prior to your delivery or pickup - next day options are not available to allow for administration, production & packing time.

Home Delivery

We delivery to Metro Melbourne Tues to Fri, with some locations in Geelong , Outer Melbourne and Victorian Country also available with delivery days varying.

Your order will be delivered by a refrigerated vehicle in a recyclable plastic lined insulated Chilltaner box. The safety of the product becomes your responsibility on delivery.

Authority to leave

If you will not be home but want your order left on site, you must add a note to order giving us authority to leave, or select the tick box on cart page.
