Numurkah Free Range Christmas Turkey Roll - Stuffed min 2.2kg
Our team of butchers take all the hard work out of cooking turkey and make this magnificent roll of loin and fill with cranberries, chestnuts, rosemary and thyme. It's gluten free and pork free.
Inspiration: Bring to room temperature (about 1hr prior to cooking). Pre-heat the oven to 180'C, and in a large pan, sear the outside of the turkey, to brown the skin (5 minutes), and then put it in the oven for 20 minutes, then lower down to 150'C for a further 90 minutes. Allow resting for 10-15 minutes in a warm place, before serving.
