Inspiration: Try this rubbed into your roast chicken, or on your lamb backstrap to sear off and slice up. Or perhaps massaged into your quail as an equally delightful compliment to the rich game flavour. Whatever you choose, make sure you give it a minimum of 4 hours marinating and have your protein at room temperature before you cook it.
