A uniquely artisan product, bringing together two of the greatest treasures – lamb and ham. Grass fed lamb ham is a great alternative on the classic pork cured ham.
Inspiration: add to your charcuterie boards, pizzas and open sandwiches. Perfect with your favourite cheese, pickle and sweet mustard.
Provenance: For us, the process is simple, one leg, to one ham. We don't use any mixing, tumbling or additives. We have a 3-stage smoke and rest process using the distinctive Victorian Mountain Ash wood chips. The same smoking recipe for our award winning wood smoked pork ham has been applied here too.
