Inspiration: There is an abundance of lamb recipes that call out for diced lamb. Perhaps try a Moroccan Spiced Lamb, with cumin, sweet paprika, chickpeas, diced onion, carrot and apricots. Serve with couscous, toasted almonds, plump raisins, dried apricots, fresh mint and greek yoghurt.
