Inspiration: The perfect Sunday night steak! Bring the steak to room temperature, brush with oil, and season generously with salt. Heat pan or BBQ until smoking hot, then cook for approx. 3-4 mins per side, turning once, until caramelised. Remove just before your desired doneness and rest before serving.
