Inspiration: This leg meat is ripe and ready for garlic, rosemary to be popped into its skin. Roasted in the oven, with all your family favourite potatoes, pumpkin, parsnip and whole onions. With all the lovely bits in the bottom of the roasting tin to make your gravy, and lots of it. And for an old school favourite, get out the mint jelly while you are at it!
