Smoked pork belly, or Kaiserfleisch, or as it is known around the world as "The Royal Meat". Cut wafer thin, it cooks beautifully into a light crispy crunchy texture with a delicate smokey, sweet-salty, umami flavour.

Inspiration: Perfect on sourdough toast with some chilli onion jam, or bake it and crumble over your homemade carbonara pasta. Or perhaps, try this in your Coq au Vin or winter minestrone soup.

Provenance: Comes only from the best quality Female breeds, handpicked from our Victorian farmers. We then apply our own unique smoking process using the best Victorian Mountain Ash wood chips which gives it the distinct smokey sweet flavour.

Each order is processed & hand cut fresh the morning prior to your delivery or pickup - next day options are not available to allow for administration, production & packing time.

Home Delivery

We delivery to Metro Melbourne Tues to Fri, with some locations in Geelong , Outer Melbourne and Victorian Country also available with delivery days varying.

Your order will be delivered by a refrigerated vehicle in a recyclable plastic lined insulated Chilltaner box. The safety of the product becomes your responsibility on delivery.

Authority to leave

If you will not be home but want your order left on site, you must add a note to order giving us authority to leave, or select the tick box on cart page.
