Known as "The King" of steaks, or to some, it is a premium sirloin. Regardless, it is a fine cut and superb flavour choice for the discerning steak lover.

Inspiration: Be gentle with this, a nice sear to caramelise the steak, then cook at a lower temperature to the desired doneness. (Too much time or exposure to high heat will make the muscle fibres contract tightly and compromise the tenderness.)

Provenance: Sourced from Southern Ranges. Carefully selected from only genetically superior British breeds that graze on the lush green pastures of Victoria and Southern New South Wales. Free from added hormones, this beef is entirely natural and 100% traceable.

Each order is processed & hand cut fresh the morning prior to your delivery or pickup - next day options are not available to allow for administration, production & packing time.

Home Delivery

We delivery to Metro Melbourne Tues to Fri, with some locations in Geelong , Outer Melbourne and Victorian Country also available with delivery days varying.

Your order will be delivered by a refrigerated vehicle in a recyclable plastic lined insulated Chilltaner box. The safety of the product becomes your responsibility on delivery.

Authority to leave

If you will not be home but want your order left on site, you must add a note to order giving us authority to leave, or select the tick box on cart page.
