Made famous by traditional Argentinian barbecues, these meaty short ribs are richly marbled with plenty of connective tissue for a tender, flavoursome result. Cut perpendicular to the bone, they deliver maximum render, smoke, and depth of flavour.

Inspiration: We love to cook our Buffalo Asado Ribs low and slow over charcoal to bring out their deep, savoury flavour. The meat’s natural richness takes beautifully to smoke. Finish with a brush of garlic and herb butter for gloss and aroma. Serve with charred peppers and a squeeze of lime.

Provenance: We pride ourselves on sourcing only the finest Italian bloodline Riverina buffalo. These buffalo are carefully bred for their superior quality in both meat and milk.

Each order is processed & hand cut fresh the morning prior to your delivery or pickup - next day options are not available to allow for administration, production & packing time.

Home Delivery

We delivery to Metro Melbourne Tues to Fri, with some locations in Geelong , Outer Melbourne and Victorian Country also available with delivery days varying.

Your order will be delivered by a refrigerated vehicle in a recyclable plastic lined insulated Chilltaner box. The safety of the product becomes your responsibility on delivery.

Authority to leave

If you will not be home but want your order left on site, you must add a note to order giving us authority to leave, or select the tick box on cart page.
