This is the ultimate roast for Christmas — a free-range Numurkah turkey filled with a Gamekeepers Aylesbury duck and Hazeldenes free-range chicken, all seasoned with a delicious stuffing of cranberries, chestnuts, rosemary and thyme.

With the turkey wings and legs remain for stunning presentation, and both the duck and chicken are boneless for easy carving, this is a 3-bird masterpiece.

Inspiration: Roast whole until cooked through. Let the bird rest, then remove the legs to carve and slice through to reveal each delicious layer.

Pro tip: Make sure to defrost this product slowly over 2 days in the fridge, and use a meat thermometer to ensure a 62C core temperature. It will take a while to reach the appropriate core temperature so start early!

Each order is processed & hand cut fresh the morning prior to your delivery or pickup - next day options are not available to allow for administration, production & packing time.

Home Delivery

We delivery to Metro Melbourne Tues to Fri, with some locations in Geelong , Outer Melbourne and Victorian Country also available with delivery days varying.

Your order will be delivered by a refrigerated vehicle in a recyclable plastic lined insulated Chilltaner box. The safety of the product becomes your responsibility on delivery.

Authority to leave

If you will not be home but want your order left on site, you must add a note to order giving us authority to leave, or select the tick box on cart page.
