We have removed the backbone of this whole chicken. "Peri-Peri", comes from the African Bird's Eye Chili. The peri-peri marinade has a medium heat, hint of garlic, some tangy lime/citrus tones, and a rolling sweetness so the chilli is not too overpowering.

Inspiration: The Portuguese have laid claim to it as well as many famous chefs, regardless, it is a tangy flavour bomb, perfectly matched with the sweetness of chicken meat and the richness of crispy chicken skin. So easy to cook on the BBQ for the lovely chargrilled smoky flavour to add to the already punchy marinade. YUM.

Provenance: We partner with leading Victorian producers to supply our locally raised RSPCA Approved and free-range chicken.

Each order is processed & hand cut fresh the morning prior to your delivery or pickup - next day options are not available to allow for administration, production & packing time.

Home Delivery

We delivery to Metro Melbourne Tues to Fri, with some locations in Geelong , Outer Melbourne and Victorian Country also available with delivery days varying.

Your order will be delivered by a refrigerated vehicle in a recyclable plastic lined insulated Chilltaner box. The safety of the product becomes your responsibility on delivery.

Authority to leave

If you will not be home but want your order left on site, you must add a note to order giving us authority to leave, or select the tick box on cart page.
