The whole lamb is the ultimate celebration dish to feed a crowd. Perfect for spit roasting, this lamb will feed approx 20 people. This young lamb has a pale coloured meat. Roasting it for a few hours on the spit will result in tender, succulent, falling of the bone, meat. Serve it in pita bread with a few Mediterranean condiments for the best homemade shawarma.

Provenance: Sourced from Loddon Valley Lamb - 100% Pure Pasture Victorian Lamb. These lambs are raised with care, roaming freely, and grazing on nutrient-rich Victorian grass, all while adhering to the strictest standards of breeding and practices.

This item has a seven day production time requirement, which limits the delivery day / pick up options at check out.

Each order is processed & hand cut fresh the morning prior to your delivery or pickup - next day options are not available to allow for administration, production & packing time.

Home Delivery

We delivery to Metro Melbourne Tues to Fri, with some locations in Geelong , Outer Melbourne and Victorian Country also available with delivery days varying.

Your order will be delivered by a refrigerated vehicle in a recyclable plastic lined insulated Chilltaner box. The safety of the product becomes your responsibility on delivery.

Authority to leave

If you will not be home but want your order left on site, you must add a note to order giving us authority to leave, or select the tick box on cart page.
