Preparing your ham bag - Make sure you wash the bag before use. Give the ham bag a quick soak in 1L water and 1/4 cup white vinegar. Squeeze any excess liquid and it's now ready for your ham. Repeat the soaking solution every 2 or 3 days or when the bag begins to dry out.
