This Marble Score 4 -5 Wagyu rib eye hits the sweet spot where richness and tenderness are perfectly balanced. This is the perfect steak for sharing and everyday indulgence.
Inspiration: Bring your rib eye to room temperature (remove from the fridge 1-2 hrs before cooking). Sear in a super-hot pan to develop a golden and caramelised crust. Transfer to a preheated oven 180°C and cook to your preferred doneness. Aim for a core temperature of 52°C - 57°C for rare to medium rare.
Provenance: Ethically raised in the untamed heart of the Australian outback in Northern Queensland and then undergo a carefully managed grain-feeding program for a minimum of 300 days. Always HGP-free.
