Our passion for game birds runs deep. Co-owners Jerome and Annabelle, former game bird producers themselves, may no longer own the farm, but their dedication lives on. They’ve carefully selected from a group of producers committed to delivering the finest game birds.

For emu, we’ve forged a partnership with the world’s largest emu farm, The Emu Farmers Co. Located in Northern Victoria, they are dedicated to selective breeding, with a focus on cultivating calm emu birds to ensure the production of premium-quality emu meat.

For our quail and spackcock products, we have partnered with one of Australia's top producers of these specialty game birds, where small-scale, boutique farming, allows for a hands-on approach that raises these birds with the respect they deserve.
